Abby, Alisha, and I got tickets to see Celebrity Chef Ingrid Hoffmann from the TV show Simply Delicioso on the Food Network. Saints Heart and Vascular Institute puts on a Celebrity Chef event every year. This year they moved the event to the Cox Convention Center so more people could attend.Ingrid was very talkative, we all thought she was all over the place, but it made us laugh. She was very enthusiastic and shared a few unique heart healthy recipes. She enjoys making modern Latin and traditional Hispanic meals that are fun and easy to make. We had a good time and enjoyed the entertainment!
