Experimental Cooking 101-

So this weekend we decided to try out a few new recipes.... We made Mongolian beef (P.F. Chang style) it turned out OK, although i didn't care for the type of meat we chose. Maybe next time we will try a different cut, it was a bit tough. Also, our sauce was a bit runny and not as thick as the real deal at P.F.'s, but still quite close on flavor :)

Our next dish was Rachel Ray's most romantic dish her vodka cream pasta, which was quite tasty :) We tweaked it a bit by adding in rotisserie chicken which was awesome and i created a new green bean bacon casserole dish yummy-

On our dessert list was my mom's famous banana pudding....but something went wrong, cause its more like mom's banana soup- guess we need help and some tips on perfecting that one!
