I had Mongolian food for the first time this weekend. We went to a place called Genghis Khan in Kansas City. It is similar to a BD's Mongolian, but i have heard this place is much better. It was awesome- we got to go through a buffet type line where you choose your own (frozen) ingredients from a variety of meats, seafood, noodles, & vegetables. You also choose your own spices & sauce that your food will be cooked with. There were about 20 different sauces, with a cheat sheet to get the right flavor such as mild or spicy. When your done making your mixture, hand your bowl over the chefs & let them do all the work. I really enjoyed this place and if you don't like the flavor you can only blame your self....
